The best hotel near IIT Kanpur; the room is average but neat and very hygienic. The only drawback is that they don’t offer suite rooms.

The rooms were very good—spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and polite to everyone.

Close to IIT and on the main road, with free parking available. The rooms were decent, the staff were awesome, and the whole hotel was neat and clean—no spider webs in sight.
