Nothing pleased me at all. The room was tiny, the beds were uncomfortable, the toilet seat was loose, and the walls were dirty with stains.

The room was clean, the air‑conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, and there was a kettle, all good overall. Everything was as expected, though the room felt a bit small.

The room was clean and housekeeping on request was very good. The hotel uses virtual check‑in; I got a message right after booking that check‑in details would be sent on the day, but I never received any info until I arrived. Calling the provided number didn’t connect. A WhatsApp message did reply asking me to register as a guest via a link from the hotel, and only after registering did I get the codes for the main door and room entry. The whole process was very annoying, especially after a long flight. I was lucky that a colleague who was also staying there came out when I was waiting outside the closed hotel door. During my stay I also saw a couple struggling to open the door at check‑in; I helped them because the main door opens after entering the code on the digital lock, then pulling and pushing to open. The hotel’s description said it was on the third floor and there was no lift.

Nothing special… The time between booking and being able to enter the room was far too long.

Once you know the door PIN, you can get in and out flexibly. There were many steps, and the phone and online registration weren’t clear beforehand.
