“Overall a great, convenient place to stay!”

The hotel sits right in the city center, within walking distance of major sights like the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The front desk host welcomed us warmly, kept us updated via WhatsApp, and had our room ready earlier than the official check‑in time, so we could drop off luggage and grab lunch before settling in. We used the airport shuttle for €70; it was reliable, punctual, and took us straight to FCO at 7:00 am as requested. The only negatives were the noisy neighbors whose sounds seeped through the walls and some dust on the mural that made me sneeze a few times. The shower had cool jets that felt nice, but the door wasn’t fully sealed, so I worried water might leak through. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and smooth.

The hotel’s location is right in front of the Opera. No complaints.

“Nice room, but strange hotel with limited reception hours and no lobby.”

The room was very nice, quiet, and clean. It was nicely decorated and had a pretty painting on the wall. The hotel was located close to the train station. There were plenty of restaurants and a couple grocery stores nearby. The reception was only open from 0800-1600. I feel that a hotel that charges as much as Al Viminale Hill Inn & Hotel did, should have longer reception hours. There was no place to store our bags since we checked out before 8:00. Therefore we had to pay additional money for luggage storage. There was no hotel lobby, just a small office to check-in. There was a bleak stairway leading up to the room

“Great stay in Rome”

The location was fine, close to Termini station. The room was nice and the coffee was great. The bath cabin felt a bit tight for me, but the bath itself was a good size.
