This hotel features free Wi-Fi, a continental breakfast served daily on the hotel terrace, and classic-style rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, and minibars. It offers a ticket service, city tour organisation, and car and bike rentals, with the Trevi Fountain a 10-minute walk away.

The staff and hospitality were amazing, and breakfast matched that quality; the service was top‑class and the location was perfect. The only drawback was that the rooms aren’t soundproof, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel’s location is great, right in the center with all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Reception staff are professional and the hotel stays clean. The rooftop bar runs from Thursday to Sunday, 18.00‑00.00, and it’s very loud; the hotel lacks sound insulation and the bar doesn’t respect closing time, so it stays noisy after 00.00. I don’t recommend staying Thursday‑Sunday when the bar is open.

The evening staff were very helpful and I loved the rooftop terrace. However, when I checked out, the person behind the desk tried to charge me for breakfast that was already included in my rental.

The location is good, but the service is terrible. I paid an extra 60 euros for a bed that was supposed to fit two people, yet I had to share a single bed with my wife; I was very disappointed, especially since this was a honeymoon trip.
