I chose this place because I was arriving in Melbourne late at night for a work trip, and the hotel was just a short walk from Terminal 4. The staff were friendly and made check‑in easy even at that hour. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast opened at 6 am and offered a wide range of plentiful options. Taxis, Uber, and other transport were nearby, simplifying departures. I would gladly return.

Hotel op de luchthaven. Landen vroeg in de ochtend om 01.00 uur. Volgende ochtend auto opgehaald. Goed ontbijt voor stevige extra prijs € 44,- voor 2 personen, maar dat hoort er nou eenmaal bij! Gewoon goed hotel. niks

The property feels immaculate, likely because it’s relatively new, so I can’t see why anyone would pay more for a neighboring room. It offers ample space and thoughtful design, plus it’s only a three‑minute walk to Terminal 4. Nothing to dislike.

Sayed at check‑in delivered excellent customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The breakfast was superb, featuring a great variety and wheat alternatives. Dinner at Boccatta fell short: the leaf salad, though fresh and generous, had an overly sweet dressing, and the sausage dish carried too much sugar in its sauce and the chutney on the bread.
