मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
It looks like the property has needed renovation for probably 20 years already. Instead of updating the plumbing, tiles, and the whole interior, the owners seem to focus on making the entrance look nicer while ignoring everything inside.

I thought it was decent, nothing special.

The breakfast was fine and you could eat on site, and a tuk‑tuk could take you to the beach. The room had enough furniture and the AC worked. The area feels like a typical local neighborhood that is probably still developing, so you won’t see many tourists around. The staff seem more used to locals, so foreign guests get little guidance: there are no Swahili information sheets (menu and house rules), the staff don’t speak English (you’ll need an offline translation app), hot water and Wi‑Fi are unreliable because of frequent power cuts in Tanzania, and the showers look worn out compared to the photos.
