The room was clean and comfortable, the owners were very helpful and nice, and the Italian food was good.

The owner was super friendly, and his restaurant is on the ground floor with tasty breakfast and a very nice balcony. The interior of the apartment was a bit dated (except for the couch), but it was okay.
