Nice, residential area, clean. Good breakfast. A bit far from the historic center. Very narrow bathroom. Too many keys for multiple doors. It would be nice to have a kettle in the common breakfast room.

We really liked the location in Genoa, very close to the water with a beautiful promenade, better strolling street, good restaurants, private parking – €15. The house and room in a building on the 3rd floor feel more like a palazzo from past times, where a lot of heart was invested; in short, we would book there again.

The B&B’s location is definitely very good, a nice central area, very quiet and well served. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired; we found a lot of dust under the bed. The door to our room couldn’t be locked. The antique furniture was useless. The space was very tight, especially the bathroom. The quality‑price ratio was not adequate.
