The staff were very pleasant and friendly, and Mohammed welcomed us warmly and was incredibly kind.

The place was quiet, but there was no restaurant or alcohol available.

The staff were disastrous, the dish we ordered at the restaurant was cancelled after an hour’s wait, the air‑conditioning in the room didn’t work, the TV was dead, the shower ran very weakly, and overall the stay was a catastrophe—I would not recommend this hotel.
