Everything was flawless, the vibe felt genuine and the team welcomed us warmly. Our honeymoon suite was prepped for us. Breakfast was delivered straight to our room, a truly remarkable touch, and the location was spot on and easy to locate. The charm exceeded our expectations, and the staff handled every query flawlessly.

The place sits in a great spot, just 5 minutes from St MARKS and 10 from the Rialto. The square next door is perfect for drinks and a bite.

The apartment was beautifully furnished. The ladies delivered superb service. Every morning there was coffee/tea and orange juice, plus warm croissants—delightful! The only downside was no elevator, but we knew that beforehand and they helped us carry our luggage. The two floors weren’t an issue for me at 66.

No breakfast was offered. There was no restroom at the front desk, and the private toilet was unusable when retrieving our bags after check‑out.
