“Magnífica”

The room and bathroom were spotless and spacious, and the outdoor area offered a wide view of the river and the village. The hotel’s location was excellent, with parking accessible via the new Caraíva road. Breakfast was perfect—everything was freshly made and delicious. The staff were fantastic: Roberta and Rafael at reception and Vavá in the kitchen were all wonderful. I’ll definitely return soon; this is one of the best stays I’ve ever had, everything was flawless. The only thing is the kitchen is so good it could stay open past 18:00, haha.

The staff and breakfast were the loveliest, and they organized our airport transfer promptly and efficiently. It would have helped to clarify that the hotel is on the other side of the river from the main town, so you need to take the canoe back and forth.

The view is worth a thousand words, and the room was cozy and spotless. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, especially Diego who goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. I loved every detail—no complaints at all.

Vava’s food was the best I've tasted, and everyone at the hotel was wonderful. Absolutely the best experience I’ve had.
