We were very pleased with this hotel; our stay was exceptionally good. We travelled with a wheelchair‑bound person and two children. The hotel is excellently located, just a 3‑5 minute walk from the Basilica, and it is very well adapted for disabled guests – elevators are available, the bathroom in the room was large, and a wheelchair could easily enter it; grab bars were installed on the walls for support. Our second room, a family room, surprised us with a well‑equipped kitchenette that had a capsule espresso machine, a kettle, and a stove. Breakfast was very good, the selection was sufficient, everything was tasty and fresh. The small pool was a hit with the kids, who used it daily. The hotel parking was available, so leaving the car was not an issue; if there were no spots around the hotel, street parking was plentiful. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything. The pre‑arrival contact was also very good, and we received quick replies to our messages.
