Everything. The room size, sleeping comfort, staff flexibility, quality of food, location. Nothing.

The spa is great. You have to walk more than a kilometre to reach the city centre.

The spa area was nice, and the first breakfast had delicious scrambled eggs. The second breakfast, however, was mostly egg whites and far worse than the previous day.

A few additions like a spa could make the stay more appealing. The only issue is the location: one driveway is very steep, making it nearly impossible to drive up with a normal car, and the property isn’t very visible at night from the main road.
