I booked a deluxe room with a front view. The room was fairly clean and the air‑conditioning worked well. The electricity cut out several times during my stay, there’s no elevator so carrying luggage up was a pain, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly either. The room was okay, but the power outages, lack of an elevator, and faulty Wi‑Fi made the stay frustrating.

Everything was spot‑on; the rooftop pool and wellness corner were perfect for a quick workout.

We were upgraded, the room was spacious, clean and pleasant. We also enjoyed the pool, which was nice. Everyone on staff was especially friendly and attentive. The hotel is very well situated in the city centre.
