The location is fantastic—just a stone’s throw from the train station and the Grand Canal. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even letting us check in early. Their hospitality was warm, and the lobby had a pleasant scent. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate, stocked with excellent amenities. Breakfast was a perfect 10/10 experience. I loved every moment of my stay and will definitely return when I’m back in Venice.

The rooms were spotless, the hotel felt secure, and the front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel sits in a quiet spot, and I’d definitely return because it’s a great choice in Venice. The city center is noisy and crowded, but you can walk or hop on boats to reach other areas. There are charming restaurants within a 15‑minute walk, and instead of a formal breakfast we grabbed pastries from the nearby Majer bakery. After a hectic day, the small garden offered a nice place to unwind, and the hotel restaurant served gelato that was worth the trip.
