The villa was very beautiful – we had a room with a sauna, jacuzzi and a side view of the lake. The room matched the photos perfectly. The staff were friendly at check‑in, breakfast and for other questions. They brought our luggage to the room, which was a relief with all the stairs.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The heated pool wasn’t working, which is why we chose this hotel.

Vila Bisera is a cozy, family‑friendly hotel with a wonderful view of Lake Ohrid. Two lovely pools invite you to swim on nice weather. The staff’s friendliness and warmth are especially noteworthy; they were always attentive, courteous, and fulfilled special requests. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and lovingly prepared. We highly recommend the place. Nothing negative to add.

The view from Vila Bisera is stunning. The breakfast was lovely and always fresh. The breakfast room was also lovely to sit in with the same stunning views of Lake Ohrid as we had from our room. The staff both on both reception and at breakfast were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Betty in particular was a favourite with our children, driving them up to our room on the golf buggy. They were big fans!. Nothing it was perfect

Das Frühstück und Frühstückspersonal war sehr nett. Der Pool war leider nicht mehr beheizt. Der Whirlpool war relativ dreckig
