I liked the overall concept of the place. Water was available on the floor. The mattress is comfortable on one side of the bed, but not on the other. Breakfasts are only formal; you leave hungry. I’m not sure how well they clean, but there was someone’s child shampoo in the shower when they were cleaning the showers, which is something they usually notice. There were a few squeaks along the track.

The breakfast was tasty, served in a beautiful restaurant decorated with a lot of coats of arms and knight insignias. Overall, the hotel is very interesting, clean and cozy. The administrator was very polite and waited for us, though they were late because of bad weather. The hotel and restaurant share the same style, which is very intriguing. I recommend it for a night or a holiday. The soundproofing could be better, because in the morning we could hear our neighbors quite well. No other complaints.

The room was not ready upon arrival (late check‑in), there was a terrible smell of mold and dust, the room was very cold, it didn’t feel like a living space at all—especially since we were traveling with children! The second room had complete technical failures; we were told to wait 3 hours while we were on a long drive. The restaurant was not operating, even though it was listed in the description.

Very beautiful authentic accommodation. Mystical atmosphere, perfect photo spot, a comfortable and warm room. Stayed on 25 October.

Incredibly fairy‑tale castle, everything is stylish and original. A work of art… you can wander for hours looking for mysterious exhibits. The room was simple and initially the noise from the track scared me, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping well… the noise was like a light background that, oddly enough, lulled me because there are no alarms or explosions here.
