Motto By Hilton New York City Times Square

“Good”

The rooms are clean, secure, and the staff are friendly. However, the bed is large and high for a small room, and the nighttime noise level is high, though that’s understandable given the location.

“Small rooms, but still a great option given the price and location”

The rooms are very small, but considering the price and the central New York location, the hotel is excellent. It’s right in the heart of the city, so almost any destination is within walking distance. The hotel feels high‑end and quality‑oriented, except for the room size. The lobby is nice and the lifts have a clever system that works well. The rooms are tiny, with the shower and toilet essentially just cabins, so there’s no separate bathroom, but they’re well thought out. If you don’t plan to spend much time in the room and don’t mind limited privacy, the size isn’t a huge issue. The air‑conditioning is loud, which is annoying. We stayed in two rooms on separate occasions. One room was next to an electric cupboard, adding extra noise. The other room was slightly larger but some charging ports didn’t work. A few receptionists weren’t friendly.

“Gran elección especialmente por su ubicación cerca al metro”

The facilities are modern, the location is great, and the hotel provides a gym and 24/7 water for guests. The room is a bit small, but that’s typical for a New York room.

Everything is close by. The hotel is quiet and safe. There is no king bed option.
