The spot was perfect right next to the square. Apartment 1 had windows on the main street, but we slept well. There are nets in the windows and air‑conditioning too. The mattresses were very good and each bed had a nice small anatomical pillow. The bathroom had a hair dryer and a spoon for shoes. Breakfast could be had at the nearby hotel and parking was close for a small fee. Communication was smooth and the host was friendly. The bathroom could use more towel hangers near the sink (maybe up left?) or a cupboard. The floor had a towel rather than a mat (it didn’t hold enough water) – there was nothing to wipe it with.

The location was good, the staff were accommodating, and the check‑in and check‑out were simple. No complaints.

“Everything was fine - until the police showed up”

The place was clean, well‑located, and the self‑check‑in worked. I had direct contact with the manager. The parking info was bad, which caused the police to block our cars. The manager “forgot” to tell us that the parking he suggested was paid, with no barrier or clear signs. Luckily one of us spoke Czech and talked to the police – the fine was supposed to be €250. The manager vanished when the police arrived, never took responsibility, and never offered to cover the fine, even though it was his fault. Everything else was fine.
