The only thing better than the A+ location was the A++ hotel staff! Especially Yen, who really went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed from transportation to local restaurant recommendations. I’m honestly grateful to her and the team for making my stay in Hanoi as memorable as possible.

Really central location in the old quarter. The staff were exceptional at organizing everything I needed, from transport and activities to the restaurants the locals eat at. They really made my first trip to Hanoi a very memorable one. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The rooms are cramped and shaded, and the photos posted online are misleading; there is almost no vegetarian option at breakfast, even after paying $5 per person per day for it.
