Art Nouveau-style décor and free WiFi throughout complement classically furnished rooms with flat-screen TV, minibar, and private bathroom. Most rooms overlook Vatican Museums or historic walls. A buffet breakfast is served in the bright dining room. The hotel offers a Vatican-view terrace, lounge bar, and private parking, and is close to Ottaviano Metro Station and St. Peter's Square.

The location is great, but we’ve been staying here for years and the last two years it’s fallen apart. This time the power outlets didn’t work, and one morning there was no water at all. The place looks run‑down, they don’t provide shampoo or soap, and the hair dryer was broken. Unfortunately, this hotel has deteriorated and isn’t what it used to be.

It sits right across from the Vatican museum entrance, and it’s close to shops and restaurants too. Even though it’s on a busy street, the windows are well insulated and block all the noise when shut. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. I loved the makeup mirror in the bathroom and the better lighting compared to most hotels. I had to ask the front desk to turn on the AC every day, probably because they control it from there. It would have been ideal to keep the window open, but the street is too noisy for that.

The location right in front of the Vatican museum was excellent. No complaints.

Convenient location and good price, plus a nice breakfast. The staff were an issue.

The location is very convenient for Vatican tours. The rooms are very tired and dated, dark and small.
