Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. Amy was welcoming, friendly, and very approachable. The electric blankets were heaven 😁. I didn’t really dislike anything, but a king‑size duvet on the double bed would have been better.

“Uncomfortable Small Room & Bathroom”

The location and free on‑street parking were good, and breakfast was decent. Access to our top‑floor room required climbing two flights of stairs, which was inconvenient. The room was VERY small, with no place to put anything, and the bathroom was microscopically tiny—very uncomfortable. Out of six or seven rooms in the hotel, only three were occupied during our stay. It seemed that larger, more accessible rooms were available lower down, but the host didn’t offer any of those to us. Ordering breakfast the night before (both timing and exact meal) felt more convenient for the hosts than for the guests. With only three rooms occupied, this seemed unnecessary.

Super breakfast with good choices and lovely fresh fruit. Very close to the seafront and train station, making it easy to reach attractions. Dressing gowns were provided. The bed was comfy and there was no noise disturbance. Everything was well organised and very welcoming. We stayed only three nights and had no complaints.
