There were several migrants in the hotel and even in the back parking lot, and three of them in the room next to mine tried to cook something in the microwave, which triggered the fire alarms and the whole hotel went off around 1130 pm. I ended up going into the room at the staff's direction and unplugging their fire alarm, and it was odd because I was the only English speaker. I checked out two days early, expecting a refund within a month, but after calling the hotel again to chase it, it seems the staff didn't understand me or I didn't understand them about the refund.

The pool was nice and clean, but the facility didn't do housekeeping, so I had to take out my own trash.

I liked that they had a pool and waffles for breakfast, but they never made it clear that they were a pet‑friendly place.

It was horrific: no bagels, stale bread, no fruit, the juice machine was “out of order,” and the cereal was stale—how do they even call that breakfast? We found two bed bugs in our room; they call those amenities and make people pay for them, but the place was gross.
