Pousada Casa Dunas

“Eu queria fazer elogios as funcionárias muito simpáticas e prestativa, lene e Alice, mais o que mais me deixou indignada”

I liked how clean the rooms and café area were. The bathroom sink faucet was faulty and left the sink full of water all the time; a cabinet was placed over the toilet for storage, but it fell into the toilet twice, so I don’t think it’s a suitable spot for that.

“Satisfatório principalmente pela limpeza e beleza da parte externa, nso voltaria pra mesma pousada.”

The café by the river was clean and spacious, and Lene and Alice were wonderful staff ❤️🙏🏻. The breakfast had a food restriction: only two eggs per person and cheese bread was limited to two pieces on the display, and on the last day there were none (in another booking). I found the coffee weak for a daily rate like that.

“Boa estrutura da área comum, mas peca pelo café da manhã fraco e repetitivo e cama desconfortável.”

The common area was well‑built, connected to nature and clean, but the breakfast was repetitive with very few options, and the bed was small and uncomfortable.

The room was good and the hotel was quiet. The restaurant, with tasty food and drinks, sits right on the riverbank, very pretty. Every door and window opens onto a staircase where people are always walking, so I had to keep the curtains closed to avoid anyone peeking into the room, which also blocks sunlight from entering.
