The staff were warm and welcoming; check‑in ran smoothly and they even fetched us from the parking lot with a buggy. They offered solid restaurant tips, and the place itself was spotless and thoughtfully equipped. Located right in the old town, it’s a solid recommendation. The only drawback: no lift, so carrying luggage up narrow stair flights can be tough if you’re sensitive to stairs.
