Correct, old facilities, but clean.

Location and service. Keep in mind there is no elevator. It doesn’t bother me, but if you’re carrying a lot it’s a point to consider.

I liked the location, but the room was noisy because there was no sound isolation; we could hear everything from the neighboring room.
