Old carpet, old apartment, small room… is a shared room apartment. Cannot cost 260 Euro, with this money you can get much better hotel.

Excellent location in Parioli. Self check‑in and breakfast. Common areas very pleasant and well cared for. Some details are poorly handled: the air‑conditioning in the room was completely off on arrival, the bedside lamp didn't work, and the hot water in the shower took a long time to arrive.
