The standards exceeded what I expected. They could add some snacks to the VIP lounge.

J'ai beaucoup aimé le personnel, la chambre et la salle du petit-déjeuner. Le service à la réception était vraiment au top car un des bagages est arrivé 24 heures après nous et nous avons été beaucoup aidées. mais je n'ai pas aimé le fait qu'il n'y avait aucun salon où se réunir autre que la salle du petit-déjeuner. Je pense aussi qu'une machine à café pour rester allumée mais si c'est Shabbat, une sur deux pourrait être utile et sympa. Pas de café alors que je ne suis pas de confession juive est un peu beaucoup demandé

The hotel is fantastic! The afternoon and evening spa sessions are indulgent, and the breakfast is outstanding. The staff are wonderful.
