the staff at the bag check went above and beyond recovering our lost luggage during the transport from one hotel to this one. we are so grateful for their service!. the food in the restaurant was lacking

I felt a unique vibe that wasn't like home but also not rural, more like a city feel, though the air felt a bit chilly—maybe because of the air conditioning.

The service was excellent. It’s close to Disney. The shuttle service is very efficient. Breakfast was reasonable and nothing more.
