Great service and a boarding‑house vibe with shared restrooms that were clean and well stocked. The rooms are in a real building, not the mobile home in front, and they’re quite comfy. Overall value is solid. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but the property feels secure and a 20‑minute walk to Yale is convenient.

Good price and location. The app for the door was difficult to use, but only if you have an Australian SIM—no problem with an American SIM.
