The room was cozy, bright, and spotless—staying there was comfortable and pleasant. Parking was no issue: the street is dead‑ended, so you can leave the car right outside the building. There’s a separate entrance to the courtyard, adding privacy. The courtyard is small but cozy, with garden furniture—an ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Our child loved a plump ginger cat that would visit us from time to time. The host was very friendly, kind, and hospitable. All that remains are good memories! There were no shortcomings.

The apartment was lovely and spotless. What truly made our stay memorable was the hostess—she was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. We stayed in this guest house from 4 to 7 August and were completely delighted. The photos and description matched reality, but the atmosphere of hospitality and coziness is hard to describe in words! Immaculate cleanliness. The room shone, the bed linen and towels were white and fresh. The room had everything needed: a kitchen (all kitchen utensils), a washing machine (washing powder), an air conditioner, a comfortable mattress (crucial for good sleep), reliable Wi‑Fi, and excellent hot water pressure. Convenient location. Quiet neighbourhood, no night noise, and shops and cafés are a 7–10 minute walk at a relaxed pace. Special thanks to the host—an incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming person! She greeted us like family, gave all the tips, was always in touch yet not intrusive. Her homemade treats (thanks for the delicious cake, bean pies, and sweet watermelon) won our hearts. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to all our friends. Thanks for a wonderful, carefree holiday!

Great room. It had everything necessary: a washing machine, a fridge, an air conditioner, a small inner courtyard with summer furniture, a kettle, and dishes.
