The front desk manager was excellent! She didn’t have an English name, but she was an exceptional young lady. The problem was that there was another hotel with the same name, and our drivers kept taking us to the wrong one. When we tried to locate our hotel’s address, the website couldn’t find it.

The building is well maintained, modern and spotless; we had breakfast (bought elsewhere) in the lobby where a coffee machine is available. However, the laundry and dryer stations require you to operate them yourself, unlike other hotels in Chinese cities, even though they’re in the same area.
