The hotel’s prime spot near Culver Steps was great, though the staff could have been friendlier.

I absolutely loved the vibe of the place. Parking was a downside – $60.00 is twice what I’ve ever paid at a hotel.

The location was fantastic, but the welcome was extremely lackadaisical – we were told to come back in an hour because our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived on time after a four‑hour drive, got the wrong room with someone else’s suitcase inside, no courtesy water, and only one coffee capsule for two people; overall very unprofessional. To top it off, our room overlooked the restaurant courtyard, which was noisy all day long, so I can’t recommend it.

Clean, nice bar in lobby, theme is cute. Check in at 4pm, can’t understand when check out is at 11am, why the 5 hour gap to clean rooms?
