“Un véritable coup de cœur à Venise, un hôtel magnifique où nous retournerons avec grand plaisir !”

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! L’emplacement est exceptionnel, avec un quai privé juste devant l’hôtel, ce qui permet d’arriver ou de partir directement en bateau-taxi depuis l’aéroport. Le vaporetto nous dépose également juste devant. Le personnel est discret et attentionné, les chambres sont magnifiques, les lits extrêmement confortables et la vue sur le Grand Canal est superbe. Le petit déjeuner est impeccable. Tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait à Venise. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !. Honnêtement, rien à signaler. Nous avons été entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour

“Fantastic Grand Canal Suite with Balcony Facing the Grand Canal”

Pesaro Palace is located at the Grand Canal, probably the most scenic location in Venice. Our suite had a long balcony on the 2nd floor facing the Grand Canal, which is everything we could have asked for in a room in Venice. The room is very big, with 20 foot high ceilings and an absolutely huge Murano Glass chandelier hanging over the Super King size bed. The included breakfast was also pretty good, and is served until 10:30 am, which allowed us to sleep in a little bit on one of the days. We loved the central location of the hotel and were able to basically walk everywhere in Venice within 15 to 20 minutes. Getting to the hotel was also super easy since the water bus stop is right in front of it. The hotel also has it's own pier, which made a water taxi pick up to go to the airport really easy. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Venice. The room is a bit run down and could do with some modernisation. The aircon and "Do Not Disturb" control panels in the room do not work. When the aircon control panel shows that the aircon is on, it doesn't actually mean that it is on. We once came back to the room in the afternoon and the aircon was off even though the control panel showed that it is on. We had to call down to reception for them to actually turn the aircon on

“Very good - I would definitely stay there again especially for the location!”

Exceptional location & great staff, beds were very comfortable. Noise from air conditioning or generator kept us awake all night on the first night - staff tried to find the solution but couldn’t - we were given a different room the next night so that solved the problem 👏😊
