The bed was awful, the springs could be felt; we asked for a change and they said no, but the hotel was empty.

The view, surroundings, and hotel concept were solid. I didn’t like the jacuzzi’s cleanliness, the staff’s customer‑service skills seemed undertrained, and the breakfast menu was too limited; the value didn’t match the rate I paid.
