The staff were pleasant, the arrangements were smooth, and the breakfast was great. The nature is beautiful, quiet, clean, and the staff’s trust in guests was surprisingly high. Really nice overall. The ski slope, service, and ski rental are right by the hotel for winter fun. The hotel is also family‑friendly ☺️ Definitely recommend. The breakfast was about 200 m higher at the Vyhlídka hotel, but that wasn’t a big issue for us ☺️

The room was small but cozy, and the curtains were positioned so that you can pull them all the way across the window, giving you perfect darkness for sleep. The surroundings of the pension were excellent, offering total peace and a beautiful view of the stars at night. Breakfast is about 200 m away at the pension Vyhlídka, where there is a wide selection and a lovely view of the area. What I appreciated most was how the staff arranged all guests so that we wouldn't disturb each other, clearly doing it from the heart.
