I would have liked the Sunday roast available later in the year, the large main room and wet room were a bonus, but the breakfast options could have been better and the Sunday roast was not offered.

I was greeted warmly and the staff handled every request without any hassle; the spot in Sandown is spot‑on for getting anywhere on the Island, so I’ll definitely return when I can. I liked everything.

The location of the Wighthill is execllent. The train station is only a couple of minutes' walk away and the shops, restaurants and beach are all only about 10 minutes away. We had the normal double bedroom and it was spacious, comfortable and had most of what we needed for a short stay. The area is very quiet too which is a bonus
