From the start, communication was smooth. The large double room was budget‑friendly, and the proximity to Grimsby Road/Imperial Avenue bus stops was convenient. Most of the night was exceptionally quiet, and the two modern shower rooms were a plus. The cleaning staff were consistently friendly, and I really appreciated how they took care of me during my family visit.

The back garden has a designated smoking area. The sinks are small (above the toilet basin?), there is only one shower for all rooms, the bed on wheels is unstable with a very hard mattress, there is no air conditioning or fan for hot weather, and the TVs in the room and kitchen are just decorative. The price is not fixed per night; the peak rate of £73/night for that area is very unreasonable to me.

This spot felt modern, with a handy side kitchen and a seating area; the price was excellent for such a property, and I’d definitely recommend it for a quiet room near the beach. A bus stop is just around the corner, making it easy to catch a ride to town or Cleethorpes, and Chippy, shops, and McDonald’s are all very close.
