The receptionist Ityan was a nice, polite guy who welcomed me with a smile and was very professional; all the staff—housekeeping and restaurant—were gentle and nice to me, and breakfast was yummy.

The hotel has a very welcoming lobby, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful; overall, the atmosphere and hospitality made the stay pleasant. The breakfast was quite basic and generic, with limited variety and options, so it would be great to see more choices and improvements in the spread. Parking was also occasionally difficult and could be better managed.

Nothing special. The gym was not available full time; the location is just okay, and the building is not architecturally pleasing.
