The spot was great and the staff answered right away. My room was spotless and there were plenty of towels. The building stays tidy and the neighborhood feels nice. I wish they’d have dishwashing liquid for the sink, and the built‑in dishwasher never started. The toilet clogged, but the crew fixed it quickly. Those were the only hiccups.

The rooms are huge. The ice machine was a let‑down; there were two tiny trays, but they weren’t ready for us the next morning.

Everything was fantastic—I adore every detail of the place. It felt cozy and soothing. The manager really takes pride in her job, walking the building to make sure everything was spot‑on, no trash left around, and checking that we were satisfied. Thanks again.
