The location was great, everything you need, and absolute silence. The stairs were very steep, there was no elevator, so if you have trouble climbing, this place isn’t suitable.

The spot was perfect in the heart of Sarzana and close to public parking. Breakfast from Pasticceria Gemmi was superb. The room was impeccably clean and cozy. The soundproofing was poor – we could hear the neighbors in the adjacent room, and being in a loft, it was quite dim.

The room was beautifully appointed with a view of the tower and a breakfast that spilled through the ceiling, the location was excellent, the host had great communication skills, and the breakfast next door was delicious. There was no elevator.

The accommodation was very clean and the location was great, but a tea towel, dish soap, cloths, cups, and cooking utensils would have been really helpful.

The room was cozy, clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a welcome kit, and the host gave precise directions; the only downside was the slightly steep stairs.
