The room was very nice, spacious, and warm; the panoramic window offers a great view. Both restaurants were liked—food was tasty and served quickly. The fish rolls at Restaurant Riba were delicious. Daily cleaning was done, and the bathroom was separate.

The room was very nice and roomy, but on the day of departure a gravel truck parked on the hotel lot spilled gravel, blocking the exit and we had to wait 30 minutes to leave.

I first got my booking confirmed, then the hotel called back and told me there were no rooms left, and suggested I cancel the reservation myself.

The location is amazing, right under the mountain, with a large, beautiful area, a chairlift, and the Shypot waterfall within walking distance. The on‑site restaurants are great, especially the Borscht restaurant. Overall the hotel feels cozy and has everything you need: heated pools, slippers, robes, and all the toiletries in the room.
