It was bad that there was no on‑site staff to ask questions; we were assigned a room that was untidy, so we had to call a number, and after the call we got another room that was much better. There were two rooms, so it was okay, but I think a hanging spot lamp in the ceiling that wasn't secured is unacceptable.

Worst hotel ever. Poor service, poor hygiene, no ventilation, mold. Absolutely the most disgusting hotel!
