The khasi heritage is listed, yet the hotel vanished after I booked; when I called the contact person for the exact location, the staff claimed I had dialed the wrong number, then began abusing me. After I cancelled, I was charged about Rs 6000 and still haven’t received a refund.

The spot is easy to get to and the staff are friendly, but there is no kitchen, the building is on the first floor with no lift, the rooms are cramped, and it’s not suitable for families.

I spent hours looking for a hotel that didn’t exist, and the address led me to a restaurant on the second floor that didn’t even know about HOTEL KHASI HERITAGE, so I’m very disappointed by the misleading post and the staff who didn’t answer my calls or messages and even asked me for early payment outside the booking app, which shocked me. Check this ad before you fall into the same situation.
