The location is great if you drive, offering a panoramic view of Gubbio and the valley, perfect for photography lovers. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the open spaces (the pool isn’t used) are ideal for families with children looking for a relaxed stay. You can also spot free‑roaming animals like deer and squirrels, which weren’t mentioned in the description on the booking site.

The stay was fantastic. Guido, the owner, and his assistant Tamara welcomed us with exceptional kindness and availability. The apartment was immaculate, spotless, with spacious rooms, a breathtaking view, and fully equipped. The pool was gorgeous, as was the surrounding lawn, clearly showing the great maintenance effort behind it. Thank you, we’ll definitely return!

The place is good, but the apartment lock is an issue.
