The keys were tiny and the space cramped with many rooms, bathrooms were messy, poorly organized, and they should not be mixed; only three bathrooms for so many people! No sinks anywhere except in the bathrooms, so there was nowhere to drink water from. The walls are extremely thin, and it feels like a place that barely meets the minimum promised on the website. Inside, it feels like a scam, looking attractive from the outside. The bedding is insufficient, bathrooms are not clean or functional, and the old, disgusting shower curtains are a problem. They are aggressive about enforcing “rules” in this already shady place.

It’s comfortable and cozy, located right in the center of Bologna, and generally clean. The staff are wonderful and very kind. Towels are provided, and the check‑in time is flexible. I liked everything, but there are areas to improve, such as fixing the bathrooms and adding a water dispenser for nighttime use. These tweaks could make it perfect.

The staff were friendly. Leaving my bag after checkout was fine for only 5 Euros, but remember the desk isn’t open 24 hours, so you must check in or retrieve your bag within the set times. No other complaints.

I booked a stay for October 14th while traveling from Islamabad to Bologna, but my flight was delayed by 40 minutes. Even after contacting the property multiple times to request early check‑in, the staff strictly refused to let me in. I was left stranded, wandering the streets with all my bags, until I had to find and pay for another hotel that night. The behavior was unprofessional and showed zero empathy. Avoid this place if you need reliable accommodation. It was good.
