Excellent location, just meters from the train station, making it easy to combine trips to Termini or Ciampino airport; a quiet spot with good food options and smooth communication with the host, perfect for airport transfers. No complaints.

The stay was truly successful. Breakfast was delicious in a pleasant atmosphere. The location was very good, close to the train station from which Rome is reachable in just 15 minutes. In Ciampino itself you can also taste delicious pizza. Check‑in and check‑out were simple and quick. If any questions arose, the owner was always available on WhatsApp and offered help. I highly recommend this place!

The host handled a late arrival with excellent communication, was friendly, and welcoming at breakfast. No complaints.

We were three times in Rome and always we have selected this house. Nice and confortable. Good breakfast, kind host. We enjoyed the stay as usually and we will definitely come back here
