The staff members were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. The cleanliness of both the room and public areas was impeccably maintained. The facilities provided were modern, well-kept, and added great value to the overall experience. The dining experience fell short of expectations.The food quality and restaurant service at the hotel left a lot to be desired. The menu options were limited, and the taste and preparation of the dishes did not match the standards of the rest of the property

The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. It was somewhat disappointing and not worth the hype or the price. The hotel was almost completely vacant, which was surprising. One major issue was that bathroom slippers were not provided, even though they were clearly listed in the amenities. There was only one power socket in the room, and it was in very poor condition, making it inconvenient to charge devices. Overall, the experience didn't match the expectations set by the listing.

“Night Stay sleep over - hotel is best for you at a fair cost.”

The spot is ideal for highway travelers heading to Gujarat, and the rooms are roomy with plenty of in‑hotel amenities. On the downside, the staff were extremely slow; after making a request, you’d have to call back 2‑3 times and wait 15‑20 minutes before they complied. There’s no full‑time restaurant, just a kitchen for basics, and breakfast is only available if you tell the kitchen at least an hour ahead. We did that on time, but we left the hotel without breakfast because the wait exceeded an hour.
