Excellent location, good air‑conditioning. There was only one mirror hanging on a bar in the room, so if you don’t watch it or move it too much it can fall and break, causing damage. The room lighting was poor, there was nowhere to put my stuff – only two chairs, so I had to put my suitcase on one to unpack. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom door had broken pieces inside that looked bad. The shower head was not pleasant; the water jet hit too hard, hot water took a long time to arrive and didn’t regulate well. Also tell guests not to lift their legs over the dining bar – when I entered the room a girl was standing with her whole leg over the bar, which looked unhygienic. The corner table was unstable; when I tried to put something on it it tipped immediately.

Sometimes you meet very pleasant people, and this place offers good availability, is centrally located and reasonably priced; I’d stay again if I had to because the young man who works nights is respectful and helpful, making you feel welcome even when you’re exhausted, and a very kind lady really salvages the hotel’s image. It has its flaws, but at this price you can’t demand much. One young staff member was very inattentive, and the last time I heard someone criticize a piece of clothing that was under the bed—though it wasn’t mine and I didn’t know what kind of garment it was, it felt rude to have customers criticized in a way that could be heard by others. That day the roommates had a trash bin and there was nowhere to put anything, so I didn’t pull anything out of my backpack, but you adapt. They were tired or feeling ill, and because it was shared, you should respect others’ habits as long as they don’t interfere with yours. The linens weren’t changed daily; one day I didn’t want to come back, so I cancelled my trip and it seemed like the same as the previous day. I used to like it a lot, but the last three visits weren’t as good. One day I didn’t understand the night staff member, almost left my backpack in front of a poor lady, which made me feel bad because the floor was full of stuff and I couldn’t reach my locker; later I noticed the locker’s hinges were noisy because it was missing oil.

The location was safe, the staff were very attentive, the facilities were great and the bathrooms clean. However, there was a young female guest who was somewhat messy and dirty; she had underwear hanging near the lockers in view of others and the smell was unpleasant. Aside from that, the hotel was fine.
