The bathroom is fantastic, the room is nice and the kitchen is good, but it was annoying not to receive the code by email and to find out that a room key was needed to enter Munkenhof, and the drawn window made me feel cold.

The hostel is in a good spot, but nobody was at reception and we tried to reach them several times from the number written at the desk and couldn't get through.

I like everything about this hotel, I only stay here, everything suits me and would suit others, the main thing is the centre and at the same time it is very quiet; the medieval house walls block noise, and the prices are reasonable.

The staff are friendly, the place is central and clean, and the kitchen is good, but aside from check‑in it was hard to contact staff, although they were all helpful for me.
